Works perfect for dorm life
I ordered two things on Dormify, shipping was about ten dollars for both items. One of the items was the lamp which also arrived late. Another item went out of stock but they were still selling it because a
"systems malfunction". They refunded me for the item that never arrived but refused to refund the shipping. Now instead of having one transation with one shipping fee. I now have two transactions with two shipping fees. Customer service can't seem to wrap their minds around this super duper complex problem and proceeded to file claims for the wrong things, and never refunded me.
The lamp is definitely not worth 55 dollars (especially combined with shipping). It is cheaply made and is only adjustable at the very top. When adjusting it, it feels like it is about to snap in half. Overall not impressed with this entire service/website/products. I recommend sticking to amazon and target for your dorm purchases, it's much cheaper with better quality and better service.
