Pillow is cute but small. Arrived with a blue marking on the white case. After multiple attempts to reach Dormify with only an automated response, I contacted the manufacturer directly who solved the issue immediately. Will not use Dormify again due to poor customer service. Took a month to receive (granted we ordered it during the height of college orders). Never received a single status on the shipping from Dormify.

I only received one of the two pillows ordered. Having trouble getting communications on the 2nd one.
