Pretty when lit, but...
Although the lights my daughter received have two strands that do not light up, I have to say that the customer service response was exceptional. Alex immediately responded to my call inquiring how to handle the defective lights & apologized, offering right away to send a replacement set of lights. She was professional, kind & extremely committed to resolving the issue. Truly appreciate the very prompt response & willingness to accommodate, especially considering that's not always easy to come by in customer service!!

Pretty when lit, but...
Although the light set my daughter received had two strands that didn't light up, I have to say that customer service was amazing. Alex responded promptly to my call inquiring how this should be handled, & immediately apologized & offered to send a replacement. She couldn't have been nicer or more professional, really wanting to help resolve the issue.
Truly appreciated the incredible service, especially as that's not always easy to come by!!
