Did not get what I ordered

I ordered this in white and they sent blue. I ordered the full/queen size but it doesn't fit my queen sized duvet; it barely covers the top side of my queen sized mattress. Poor quality, poor description, and poor order management.

Blue is really gray/green

blue was so pretty in photo but arrived and it looks like a dirty blue - it is really gray! otherwise product would have worked just fine.
