Broken Sticks :(!!!

Bought it brand new for first year of college. Everything came great EXCEPT the 3rd step of the directions before putting on the wheels, it says to screw the sticks on to secure the back. HOWEVER…. they came broken😢built it & then put it back in the box for easier transport on move in but really disappointed they came broken in half !!!
