works well and is super cute but they sent the wrong color and it had a few small dark marks. The size of pen dots. They did send me a 75$ gift card from their mistake though
I’m in love with this headboard!! They sent me the wrong one at first, so that was kinda annoying. I eventually got the one I originally ordered!! It was definitely worth it!! The material is so soft and I love the charging ports on the side!!
They had originally sent the wrong color and their customer service number was not accepting calls. You had to email or text them. There was no response to the text but they were able to resolve the issue by email and the new headboard was received the day before we had to leave to get her moved in.
If I could give this product zero stars, I would. I was initially drawn to this headboard for my dorm because it fit perfectly in theme, however I am disgusted with the product I received. The first thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that the headboard did not come wrapped in any protective covering. What I cannot forgive is the dirt stains covering the bottom of the headboard, absolutely deplorable for a company to even think it was acceptable to charge any amount of money, let alone the amount I paid, for this. Will not be purchasing from this company again.
