RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of receiving the order for a full refund of the merchandise cost or an exchange. Store credit will be offered after 14 days of receipt up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise. We cannot accept returns over 30 days after receipt of merchandise.
Your refund will be processed less the original shipping cost.

You can also call us to receive a FedEx prepaid return label via email. If using our FedEx return label, you will be credited back for your item, less a $5.95 return shipping and handling fee, upon the receipt of your return. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on sorority boots, all prints, wall decals, clearance products, as well as any other final-sale merchandise, personalized items, special-order items, or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
